Easy Cheesy Cashew Sauce

This has got to be one of my favourite recipe game changers. I don’t know about you, but when it comes to recipes I like to keep things as simple and delicious as possible… and this recipe does just that.

So quick to just whizz together in a blender and it’s the perfect addition to your favourite salad or pasta dish.

Recipe -

Ingredients:


100g of cashews
3 tbsp of nutritional yeast
1 thumb of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
100ml olive oil
2 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp of rice vinegar
1 tsp of chilli flakes
1 lime juiced
2 tbsp of cold water

Directions

Soak the cashews for 4 hours in water then drain.
Add all ingredient to blender and blend until smooth.
