This delicious blueberry smoothie has become a staple at our house. Filled with lots of antioxidants from the blueberries, collagen to help improve the skin’s elasticity, protein from the almond butter and a source of healthy fats from the avocado – this is the perfect go-to, sustaining smoothie to start your day.

The Recipe

Ingredients

30g blueberry smoothies

300 ml almond milk

1 tbsp of almond butter

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1 handful of blueberries

1/2 avocado

1 scoop of collagen

Directions

Pop everything in a blending and blend until smooth.

Enjoy straight away served over ice or pop in a transportable bottle to carry with you throughout your morning.
