Chocolate Protein Smoothie

This is a really quick creamy smoothie that will keep your energy levels up throughout the day and can be great as a breakfast substitute if you’re in a rush but also perfect post-workout as it is packed with protein.

Ingredients

1 tbsp of cocoa powder

300ml Oat milk

1 tbsp of protein powder

1 frozen banana

1 block of frozen spinach

1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds

Directions

Add all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Simple!
