Apple and Berry Chia Bowl

The perfect breakfast bowl or healthy sweet snack! Packed full of omega 3 goodness and polyphenol rich fruit.

The Recipe

Ingredients

3 tbsp Chia seeds

300ml Almond milk

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 Apple, grated

10g Pumpkin seeds

50g Mixed berries

1 Pinch Cinnamon

Directions

Preferably the night before, or at least 15 minutes before, stir the chia seeds with the almond milk and vanilla. This allows the chia seeds to swell and soak in the milk. Just before you eat, grate your apple over the top and scatter with pumpkin seeds, berries and cinnamon. Enjoy cold.
