Protein Porridge with Banana

It’s always great to find new ways of mixing up your breakfast meals, something as simple as porridge can be changed up in so many different ways. This Protein porridge, helps me feel fuller for longer and boosts my energy for the day ahead.

The Recipe

Ingredients

100g of rolled oats 

350ml of oat milk 

2 scoops of protein powder

2 tbsp of yoghurt

2 bananas

Directions

Mash one of the bananas and pop it in a pan with the oats, milk and protein powder, bring to a simmer and simmer for 3-4 mins. 

Stir in the yoghurt and serve with the other banana sliced.
