Miso Mushroom Toast

I love a light toast topper that can be rustled up in minutes, and this creamy miso Shiitake mushroom does not disappoint.

Mushrooms are a great addition to any brunch dish as they are full of fibre so great for a healthy gut. Miso makes this dish perfectly creamy and it is so easy to make with only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients

A handful of Shiitake Mushrooms

1 Tbsp of sesame oil

1 tbsp x Miso paste

Sourdough toasted

Micro coriander

Directions

Start by toasting the bread in the toaster.

Add the mushrooms and oil to the pan fry for 5 minutes then add the miso paste with a splash of water into the pan and stir for a few minutes. 

Add the mushrooms on top of the toast with a sprinkle or coriander.
