Click on The Glow Space tab and click Sign up.
Choose the plan that feels right for you and hit Next.
Pop in your account details, then click Next again.
Enter your payment info.
Tap Start Free Trial—and you’re in! ✨

Forget your password? Happens to the best of us!
From the homepage, click Log in.
Enter your email and then click Forgot Password?
Hit Reset.
Check your inbox for a reset email and click the link inside to create a new password.

Go to Account > Profile Info.
In the Email field, click the pencil icon.
Enter your new email and your password in the pop-up.
Click Save.
💡 Within 24 hours, you’ll get a confirmation email letting you know your address has been updated.

Log in to your account.
Head to Account > Subscription & Billing.
Just above Your Plan, you’ll see all the details of your subscription, including the expiry date.

Log in to your account.
Go to Account > Subscription & Billing.
Under Your Plan, click Change Plan.
Pick the plan that suits you best and hit Confirm.
You’ll be billed straight away, but don’t worry, any unused time from your current plan will be added as a discount to your first payment on the new plan.

Go to Account > Subscription & Billing.
Under Your Plan, click Change Plan.
Select your new plan, then click Add a promo code.
Enter your code, check that the price has updated, and click Next.
On the next page, click Confirm.
You’ll be billed immediately, but any remaining time on your current plan will show up as a discount on your first bill.

From the homepage, click Sign up.
Choose your plan.
Click Add Promo Code, enter your code, and hit Apply.
Click Next to continue.
Fill in your details, then click Next again.
Add your payment information.
Tap Start Free Trial—and you’re good to go!
You’ll only be billed once your free trial ends.

Log in to your account.
Head to Account > Subscription & Billing.
Click Cancel My Subscription.
Select your reason for cancelling in the pop-up.
Hit Submit.
On the next page, you’ll have the chance to share any feedback (we always appreciate it!)
Click Submit again to confirm.
You’ll get a confirmation email within 24 hours. You’ll still have full access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Log in to your account.
Go to Account > Subscription & Billing.
Click Pause My Subscription.
Choose how long you’d like to pause for.
Hit Save Changes.
Your content will lock straight away, but don’t worry, any unused days will be ready and waiting for you when you come back.ription

We’ve got plenty of bodyweight-only workouts you can do anytime, anywhere, no gear needed. For some of our pilates and strength sessions, you might like to use a few simple props such as:
Light and heavier dumbbells
A resistance band
A pilates ball
Don’t worry, you’ll receive a full list of suggested props in your welcome email when you join, so you’ll always know what’s optional and what’s helpful.
