These Cajun Prawns are the perfect summer BBQ dish. I love serving these alongside loads of salads for a delicious, protein rich addition to a summer feast. They’re perfect for the whole family and can be totally customised with whichever spice blend you love, or even a homemade one. I hope you love these xx

The Recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 courgette
200g of prawns
Cajun spice blend (Schwartz is my fave)
1 tbsp of olive oil

Directions

To begin, chop your veggies into 1 cm pieces.

Place the prawns and veggies on the skewers.

Brush with olive oil and sprinkle over your cajun spice blend.

Place on a heated BBQ or in a frying/griddle pan on the hob.
