Raspberry and Peanut Butter Smoothie Chia Pudding

This smoothie recipe is such a gorgeous was to switch up a classic favourite. Chia seeds are packed full of Omega 3’s which are really important for things like maintaining normal blood pressure, reducing inflammation and heart disease risk.

Jazz things up even more by making a cute heart out of kiwi and you’re on to a breakfast winner!

The Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 300ml of oat milk

  • 100g of raspberries

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

  • 1 frozen banana


Toppings:

  • 3 tbsp heaped of chia seeds

  • 230ml of oat milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • Mint and raspberries to serve


Directions:

To make the chia pudding base mix the 230ml milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract together. Leave to sit, stirring every few mins for 15 mins. While the chia seeds are soaking up the milk, pop the 300ml of oat milk, the raspberries, banana and peanut butter into the blender. Blend for 2 minutes.
Once the chia seeds have soaked for 15 mins, they should be gelatinous. Pop half of the chia seed pudding in each glass then top with the raspberry smoothie.
